Node Utilities

Collection of Node-only utilities and types used by the SheetXL command line tools.

Everything here assumes a Node runtime — the filesystem, the process environment, a terminal. Utilities that also run in a browser live in @sheetxl/utils.

This package will generally not be used by itself but rather as a dependency of other packages.
