The document-color stylesheet — the workbook's OOXML document theme (srgbClr + the theme scheme →
--sxl-doc-*), the model-driven sibling of the --sxl-sys-color-* aliases (buildOOXMLThemeCSS).
Same per-instance @scoped model as the sys/token sheets (pass the instance's scope selector).
Both the light AND dark values are emitted, as [data-sxl-theme-mode="light"|"dark"] rules (resolved
once via toCSS(false) / toCSS(true)). So a mode flip is a pure attribute change — the grid re-renders
in the correct document theme instantly, with no JS re-resolution and no baked-snapshot staleness. Only a
change to the document THEME itself regenerates this sheet (not a mode toggle).
Wraps the generic buildThemeCSS (utils-react) — OOXML/--sxl-doc-* is a react-layer concept — with
the doc-color records cast to the token shape (the emitter is a generic --sxl-* matrix, agnostic to keys).
