The OOXML system-color stylesheet — the --sxl-sys-color-* environment layer, emitted as the same aliases
inside the app, grid, and header surface blocks (so every surface adopter resolves them against its
own tokens; decision 4). It wraps the generic buildThemeCSS (utils-react) — OOXML lives here in
@sheetxl/react, not below — passing the sys aliases as the per-surface records.
The sys aliases are just another surface layer, so each top-level instance (SheetElement,
WorkbookElement, studio) emits its own copy @scoped to its instance root — same per-instance useId
model as the token sheets. Pass the instance's scope selector. The --sxl-doc-* document colors are
model-driven and stay with SheetElement for now.
