Not describeSheetName: that quotes for the formula language ('My Sheet'!A1), and a
name needing no formula quotes comes back bare — which is a syntax error the moment it is an
argument. This quotes for the expression language a recovery hint is pasted into, so every
name round-trips, apostrophes included.
