Function describeSheetName

describeSheetName(name: string | null | undefined): string
The sheet name as a REFERENCE — quoted ('My Sheet') exactly when a formula would need the quotes, unquoted (Sheet1) otherwise.

Remarks
Every place a report prints a sheet name prints it through this, so the name on a title or a roster row is directly usable in the next call's address argument. The SDK's own quoting rule (AddressUtils.sheetNameToString) decides, so the reports can never disagree with the formula language about which names need quoting.
