The generic selection tint: --sxl-color-primary at a low alpha, so text stays readable through it and
it follows light/dark + any brand override automatically. Shared so a component painting its own matching
"highlight" surface (the formula editor's eval-run band) reads as the same system, not a hardcoded blue.
