The column filter menu (PLAN-DROPDOWN Phase D, rowzero's layout): a Sort section, Clear
filter while the column holds one, and a Filter section that is the shared
ConditionEditor with the Values checklist as the InSet operator's editor. Several
rules are combined as the editor combines them, by choosing And / Or / Not as the operator.
Apply writes the one condition through the column's filter, ANDed with the other columns';
Cancel closes.
Remarks
A values list with nothing left out and blanks shown says nothing, so Apply clears the
column's filter rather than writing it (Excel's Select All).
