Sizing + theming wrapper for the office-derived Chart*Icon SVGs.
Provides the icon box (via cssvars) and maps the icons' semantic path classes
(high_contrast, info_tint, ...) onto the --sxl-color-* theme tokens (see
ChartIcon.module.css). This is the token-based replacement for the former
MUI-palette ThemedIcon; being self-scoped it themes correctly inside portaled
floats. The icon class is kept for host styling (e.g. disabled grayscale).
