The container for the formula-editor hint popup (modeled after Excel Online). It renders exactly one
of the two hint surfaces based on caret state:
List (NamedItemsPanel) — while typing a name (=SU), an autocomplete of matching
items (functions today; named ranges / tables later).
Preview (FunctionPreviewPanel) — once inside a call (=SUM(), the signature +
argument/description panel.
The list wins when it has matches — Excel drops the preview while the name-completion list is up.
This is the component the editor's float renders; the editor owns caret → state derivation and
passes both halves down, letting this stay a pure switch with no SDK/caret coupling.
