The hyperlink card — hover a cell carrying a link and a card offers its address (click to follow),
copy, edit and remove, as Excel Online does. A RangeTooltipLayer whose probe asks the cell for
its hyperlink; the card is the tooltip group's one open tip, interactive, and closes on any press
outside it. What the card looks like is the host's (renderCard); the plain default draws with the
grid's tokens.
Remarks
Edit goes through the sheet's updateHyperlink command, which acts on the selection — so it selects
the hovered cell first, as Excel Online does. Remove is the link's own delete().
