The workbook-resolution lifecycle state, as read from IStudioAttributes.getWorkbookState.

Remarks

This is the resolution layer — turning a source (StudioProps.workbook given as read options / a promise) into an IWorkbook. error is also surfaced via StudioProps.onDocumentError and the error panel. The grid's first-paint is a separate, later event (StudioProps.onWorkbookLoad).
