Remarks

The ranged item lookups (ICellRange.getTables, ICellRange.getConditionalFormats, ICellRange.getDataValidations, ICellRange.getMovables) are scoped views of the sheet's collections, so each takes exactly the filters its own collection takes. address is dropped because the range is the address — a second one would be a contradictory scope.
