The callback a host invokes on each rejected edit attempt.

Type Declaration

- Parameters
  - Optionalcoords: CellCoords | null
    The cell it tried to edit.
  - Optionalretry: () => void
    Re-attempts the same edit. Invoked when the notice was able to clear the reason — the user unlocked a password-gated range — so the edit they asked for opens after all.
