A virtual anchor: anything with a live client rect. It may name the element it moves with
(contextElement) — a grid range anchor names its pane — which restores Floating UI's DOM-side
triggers (ancestor scroll, layout shift, resize) for an anchor that has no element of its own, and
is where the popper reads the anchor's theme from (see FloatPopperProps.themeFrom).
