Interface CommandRegistryContribution

A tracked contribution session on a registry name (see CommandRegistry.contribution) — the registry counterpart of CommandContribution. Every updateCommand records the key under this contributor's identity; remove tears down exactly those layers. Shaped so the existing register*Definitions(target) seeders write into a name with no change beyond the target.
