One pivot cache — the snapshot of source data a pivot table summarizes.
Remarks
A cache belongs to the workbook rather than to any one sheet because it is shared: several
tables can summarize the same source, and the snapshot is the expensive part, so it is held
once and referenced from each table by id (IPivotTable.getCacheId).
JSON only: a cache has no model and nothing public returns one — the table is the modeled side.
It is carried so a workbook read with pivot tables can be written back with them; a table whose
cache is missing is a file Excel refuses.
