For 'failed': what went wrong.

'refreshed' — the cache was replaced from the source. 'unavailable' — nothing could open the source: no resolver is installed, or the resolver declined this book; the cache stands. 'failed' — the resolver threw; the cache stands and its sheets are marked refreshError.
