    Interface RangeAnnotation

    One annotated range.

    Transient view state: never serialized, never on the undo stack. range is kept current as rows and columns move under it; status turns stale once its cells (or its sheet) are gone, and back to open if an undo brings them back. Every change replaces the object, so views compare by identity.

    interface RangeAnnotation {
        createdAt: number;
        id: string;
        index: number;
        intent: RangeAnnotationIntent;
        label?: string;
        range: string;
        sheet: string;
        source?: string;
        status: "open" | "stale";
        walk: number;
    }
    Index
    createdAt: number
    id: string

    ${walk}:${index} — stable for the life of the walk.

    index: number

    Position within the walk — the agent's review order.

    label?: string
    range: string

    Sheet-qualified address, current.

    sheet: string

    The sheet the range is on. An annotation is on exactly one sheet.

    source?: string

    Who added it (an agent session); the host's tag, carried through.

    status: "open" | "stale"

    stale means the range can no longer be placed (its cells or its sheet were deleted). A stale annotation is listed, so the user still sees what was said, but is not drawn and is skipped by the navigator. A dismissed annotation is removed, not marked.

    walk: number

    The call that produced it; ordering across walks.
