    Interface ProtectionPaneArgs

    The activation argument the Manage Protection pane understands.

    Lives with the protection feature rather than with the task-pane primitives: taskPane is the generic host and knows nothing about what any particular pane shows.

    The pane consolidates several subjects that used to live in separate places, so every command that opens it says which one it means. Absent ⇒ the pane keeps whichever tab it is on (sheet on a fresh open). It is scoped to ONE activation, like every args payload — see TaskPaneProps.args.

    interface ProtectionPaneArgs {
        items?: ItemsPaneArgs<any, any>;
        tab?: ProtectionPaneArgs.Tab;
    }
    Index
    items?: ItemsPaneArgs<any, any>

    Forwarded to the Ranges list — { insert: true } opens it on a NEW range anchored to the selection, which is what an "Unlock Range…" command asks for.

    Kept as a nested field rather than folded into this one: it is the generic items contract, and the other tabs have nothing to do with it.

    Which tab to show.
