    Interface PickerMemory

    Persistent "last used" values for the style pickers — the quick swatch (quickColor/quickBorder) and the onColorSelect/onBorderSelect memory. Owned by the bridge (usePersistentState) and passed as live getters so the lazy context closures read the current value without re-contributing. Only fill/font color + border persist; the tab/gridline color pickers don't (their onColorSelect is a no-op).
