    Need so that we can add the table to the names.

    resolveRanges: (address: Address) => ICellRanges

    Resolves an address to absolute, workbook-scoped ranges — backs the reference input.

    Separate from getNames because it has nothing to do with names: it used to be INamedCollection.getRanges, which lived there only because that collection happened to hold an address resolver.
