What the menu drops under — the cell / merge range, not a button. Excel anchors a list to the
cell, and it is what every opener can supply. null until there is a cell.
The cell the picker is for. null offers nothing until CellPicker.open is given one.
OptionaleditableThe editable a default choice is entered through — the same path as typing the item's text, so the value coerces and formats as a typed one does. Not needed when onChoose is given.
OptionalgetThe text of the row highlighted when the menu opens, when that is not the cell's text (a totals cell shows its result, but its row is the function).
OptionallabelThe float's label, for the stack's bookkeeping.
OptionalminThe anchored cell / merge width (px): the menu's width floor (see PickerPanelProps.minWidth).
OptionalonWhat a choice does.
the item's text entered into the cell through the editable (commitListPick).
The rows to offer at cell, asked when the menu opens.
OptionalsearchA search field above the list.
The sheet the cell is on: its Normal font, its current text, and the open flag.
OptionalvisibleRows shown before the list scrolls. See PickerPanelProps.visibleRows.
What a cell picker needs. Deliberately only an anchor, an item source and where a choice goes: the picker does not care who opened it, so a dropdown button, a Sheets-mode in-cell triangle and an Alt+Down command all open the identical component.
