The roster often renders a FILTERED view — one kind's group, one sheet's intersecting names —
and an identifier must not be reported missing merely because its target fell outside the
filter. A caller rendering a subset passes the unfiltered collection here; tables included,
since a bare Sales in an expression is a named token that resolves to a table.
