A cell's text in the two forms a read surface needs.
Remarks
They differ only for strings, and only by the ' prefix — but that one difference is why
anchored patterns work while a rendered result still tells a string from a number.
Strings carry the leading '; numbers, booleans and errors do not. That asymmetry is
the type inference.
match
match:string
Undecorated — what a pattern is tested against.
Remarks
The prefix is an output device, serving type inference by a reader. A pattern is input.
Carrying the prefix into matching would make ^Acme silently fail and ^42$ match the
number but not the string — inconsistencies an agent has no way to diagnose.
