withScriptRuntime<T>(fn: () => Promise<T>): Promise<T>
Runs fn with the SheetXL global installed, and removes it again however fn ends.

Remarks
For a host that executes script source WITHOUT compiling it to a module (the CLI's -e/-f, which type-strip and import): a compiled macro gets the global from the macro runtime, and this is how every other path keeps the same promise the declarations make. Wrap the LOAD as well as the call — a script may read SheetXL.ISheet.Visibility.Hidden at module top level.
