resolvePressedMovable(

): IMovable
The movable a press on root's frame selects, as Excel's two-step: the first press selects the root; a press while the root is selected selects the member under the pointer; a press while a member is selected selects the member at that depth under the pointer, or one deeper when the selected member is the one pressed into.
Parameters
- root: IMovable
  The movable whose frame was pressed.
- target: Element | null
  The element the press landed on.
- frame: Element
  The frame's element, where the walk up stops.
