Human-readable text for a segment's evaluated value — the body of the hover eval tip — or null to show
nothing. A scalar renders directly; a range renders as an Excel-style array literal ({a, b; c, d},
comma between columns, semicolon between rows) up to MAX_TIP_CELLS cells, then collapses to its
{rows×cols} shape so a whole-column result can't blow up the tip.
A parse error returns null (no tip): while typing, a segment is often a partial (unparsed) formula,
and flashing #…! at the pointer is noise, not information. Genuine evaluation errors (#DIV/0!, #REF!,
…) still render their code — those are real results worth showing. (Error cells inside an otherwise-valid
array result likewise keep their code via scalarText.)
