Per-sheet command provider — owned by WorkbookElement (mounted inside it, wrapping the grid). It
declares a sheet scope as a child of the ambient workbook scope (owned by WorkbookElement)
via CommandScopeProvider's declarative form, so the anchor chain is pane → sheet → workbook → app.
The pane's command layers (selection / clipboard / editor / movable) register as sheet-descendant
leaves below it. Behavior is the SheetCommandContributor; the static chrome is seeded into the
shared registry here.
Parameters
__namedParameters: SheetCommandProviderProps
Returns ReactNode
Remarks
Only the grid consumes the sheet scope, so it lives here (inside the workbook) rather than at studio
level. Without an ambient command scope (a bare chromeless grid), this is a pass-through.
