Registers the input-clipboard resolve injector on the
nearestCommandResolver for its lifetime. Render it once inside each CommandAnchorProvider
whose resolver should answer copy/cut/paste/selectAll on a focused text input — the sheet
bridge's app + pane resolvers, and the script editor's own resolver (so its Copy button, which has no
copy in the scripting tree, resolves one).
Renders nothing. The injector is created once (stable identity → registered once) and reads the live
clipboard singleton through a ref, so a setClipboard still lands. No-op until a resolver is present.
