Optionaloptions: RenderValuesOptionsNo row or column labels. IRange is SheetXL's stateless value layer and Scalar[][] is a
plain array; neither knows a sheet, so neither has an address. Printing A/1 labels over
them would assert a position that is not part of the data — the values may have come from
D7:F9, from a transposed copy, or from a function that never touched a sheet. Row/column
labels are exactly what a cell range has and these do not, which is why they are a separate
renderer rather than an option on one.
The ' string prefix is kept, so the encoding is the same one every other read uses: a bare
10/23/95 is a formatted number, '10/23/95 is text.
Renders a pure value grid — an IRange or a raw
Scalar[][].
