renderNames follows: wb.getScripts().getModules() is the workbook's own modules,
sheet.getModules() is that sheet's. Neither is filtered here — a caller who reached this
report asked to see what exists, so language is left wide open rather than defaulting to
TypeScript the way an ordinary getItems() does.
