Optionalname: stringA member answer carries its full declaration, sliced out of scripting.d.ts by the span the
index recorded. That is the only lookup that reads the declarations at all: a type listing or a
search is answered from the index alone, which is the point of having one.
Declarations that cannot be read leave the member answer with its index line rather than failing it; the signature is still the answer to "how do I call this".
