Thrown by renderMarkdown when nothing in the registry accepts the value.
Remarks
A distinct type because "nothing renders this" is a ROUTING answer, and callers fall back on
it — renderResult summarizes the value in one line instead. A renderer that throws
while rendering is a different event entirely: it means the report is broken, and reporting it
as "no renderer" sends the reader off to --json for a value that has a perfectly good
renderer. Without a type to test, the two are indistinguishable and the real error is lost.
