A Key: value fact line, two-space indented.
The reports' body convention — the same indent the address listings use, so every section body starts at the same column in raw text. Not a markdown bullet on purpose: renderers restyle bullets (markers, extra indent, list spacing), and these reports are read raw at least as often as rendered.
Shifts every subsequent heading down by offset levels — how one report embeds another
report's sections. The section functions stay written against their own altitude (h2 for a
sheet's Type), and the embedding report decides where that altitude sits.
Line-buffer markdown builder.
Remarks
Deliberately small — headings, text, bullets, inline decorations and tables; the vocabulary the agent-facing reports actually use, nothing speculative. Renderers compose reports from this so table layout (column widths, alignment padding) is written once.
